Unintended Downtime on US SeamlessMD Provider Portal

In between 9AM-10AM EST, our US SeamlessMD Provider Portal experienced issues with access and logging in. Users would not have been able to access the system during this time, however this did not impact patient usage with the mobile applications. The root cause of the issue was an improperly set deployment configuration during a routine update to the server. This has now been rectified, and new safeguards put in place such that this won't happen again.
